“Modern Upgrade team replaced my existing patio with a new one and did additional paving work on the porch landing area and near our driveway. They did an excellent job with a great work ethic! In addition, they are swift in responding to our requests during the work. Herminio is great to work with during the quotation process as well as when his team is doing the work! I would highly recommend him for any patio/paving work!”

“Stefano did amazing completing numerous unfinished projects from a previous contractor. He promptly provided quotes and timeframes for each project, and showed up on time every single day. He worked around my schedule and was extremely accommodating. He started each day explaining the work that would be performed and made sure to keep us in the loop as items were completed. If we had any questions or concerns, he addressed them immediately. Stefano takes his work seriously and with the utmost professionalism. He was patient with us and even completed our projects ahead of schedule. I would absolutely recommend Kosmos Remodeling to anyone looking for home renovations. Stefano knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable, which was a relief after the previous contractor we had who caused more damage than imaginable. Stefano, we appreciate your hard work and can’t wait for the next project!!”
