“I received a response within a couple minutes of submitting my request. Zack was able to come out same day. In fact, he was able to come a couple of hours earlier than the scheduled time! He explained the process to me and showed me before and after camera views of the drain. He left the space very clean, was very courteous, professional and personable. I have a few future plumbing jobs coming up and will be reaching out to Zack for those jobs. Highly Recommend!!”

“Sotos plumbing responded timely to my request & told me when they’d be arriving at my home. Gabriel was very professional & knowledgeable, he quickly identified the problem with my garbage disposal & fixed it right away. He also gave me tips on how to care for it, avoid rust and things not to put down the drain. I highly recommend Sotos for your plumbing issues & will definitely use them again.”

“Daniel was awesome! Really appreciate him taking the time to fully access the issue and figure out ways to solve appropriately. Our kitchen sink clogged because I threw a bunch of rice down the drain. He was able to empty out the pipes successfully and made sure to run it through several times to make sure the issue was fixed. He also shared a bunch of pro tips with me to better maintain our garbage disposal and pipes. Incredibly knowledgeable. And was easy to talk to and very friendly!”

“Salvador expertly unclogged the drain quickly and on budget.”

“Sayed got back to me immediately after I put out a request for help unclogging a very stubborn kitchen drain. Despite the work in progress on our house impeding access to the external drain outlet, he navigated the wilds of our yard with no issues. He was prompt, communicative and speedy, and have us a very fair quote for the work. He'll be at the top of our call list for future plumbing work.”

“Jordan arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and got right to work. He was able to diagnose my problem, got my drains flowing again and gave me options. I will call Peter Levi for any work I have done.”
