“With the holiday week here, I was expecting to get an appointment next week. However; Brian made an appointment for the next day to come out and fix our leaky toilet. He was right on time, finished quickly, and was very polite/professional. Definitely satisfied with the entire process.”

“Did great work. I will be using them again”

“I highly recommend Alan! We had a sewer line backup, and from the start on Thumbtack through completion, he was attentive, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was honest, knowledgeable, and very transparent. Before starting, he clearly explained the cost range so we knew what to expect. His pricing was fair, and we never felt pressured or upsold. Alan and his partner stayed until the job was fully completed. He took time to explain the issue, educate us throughout the process, and even gave helpful tips to prevent future problems. He also advised us on another drain issue we could handle ourselves instead of charging extra. It’s rare to find someone this honest, thorough, and professional. We truly appreciate his transparency and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber.”

“Larry did a great job on my kitchen drain. I had a new sink put in and the drain no longer aligned with the garbage disposal; Larry was able to come out the following day on a weekend to fix the issue. He also helped me adapt a separate faucet for filtered water as an add-on project while he was here. I would highly recommend to other potential clients.”
