Brigid Stephenson 4 reviews just now New We had two issues that came up, so we had two visits. First Charles came out and replaced some copper pipes in our laundry area. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was also very easy to talk to, and friendly! Unfortunately, that same night our toilet backed up. It flooded the bathroom and hallway. We could not use our water without the toilet flooding. He raced back to look at the problem, told us what needed to be done, and set up another visit for this morning. Above and beyond! This morning, Joe came out with the machinery to check the pipe. He removed the toilet and routed the line. He was also extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly, which wasn't as bad as we feared, thank God! He replaced the toilet, and cleaned up the area. Both men gave us tips and suggestions to keep our plumbing working. That in itself is exceptional. We would like to thank FlowPro for all of their services. Trust me, if you need honest plumbers, this is the place to go, one hundred percent!”

“I first had another plumber come to deal with a clogged toilet in my basement. The guy made a mess and said that it would require an hydrojet and cost $1,300 to solve the problem. I was suspicious so I called Sewer and Drain instead. Their guy solved the problem for a fraction of the first price and without the need for an hydrojet. He also ran a camera in the pipe and showed me that the cause of the problem was roots breaking into the pipes. Those two experiences were night and day, thanks Sewer and Drain!”

“Once they finished they cleaned up their mess and I paid what I was originally quoted. Upon running the washer after they left, there was an issue with a leak and water backing up into the kitchen sink (where they had tapped into the drain line). I called them back and they immediately turned around and came back to fix it. They were able to correct the issue with the drain pipe by clearing some debris out of the pipe so it could drain properly. They ran a few cycles on the washer and ensured everything was in smooth working condition before they left and told me to call them if I had any more problems. They also provided us with quotes for future projects in our home. I appreciate them for working hard all day and making sure they didn’t leave us hanging when we experienced an issue. They were good guys and I would hire them again.”

“I recently had a great experience with Flotek Sewer and Drain, thanks to Ryan's outstanding service. We were dealing with a backed-up pipe that was causing a costly leak. From the first call, Ryan was courteous and helpful, explaining everything clearly. He arrived promptly, as promised, and got straight to work, handling everything efficiently. After fixing the pipe, he took the time to thoroughly check his work and ensure everything was in order before leaving. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Big thanks to Ryan and Flotek for their professionalism and reliability!”

“They even helped me clean up my stuff that had gotten wet. Thank you guys for being awesome at what you do.”
