“They initially came out to unclog my drain, but after assessing the issue, it became clear that my piping needed to be replaced. Despite running into a few unexpected challenges along the way, they remained professional and persistent and ultimately completed the job successfully. Their workmanship was outstanding, and the final result exceeded my expectations. They were reasonably priced, provided excellent customer service, and kept me informed throughout the entire process with clear and consistent communication. I truly appreciated their transparency and responsiveness. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services.”

“My problem was bigger than I knew and he was not able to unclog the drain. It’s an issue with the pipes. He only charged me for the faucet installation. Very honest.”

“I have then do a water heater, sump pump and ejector pump. They only used high end brands and there were never any surprises. Matt did a great job with our water heater”

“I am very appreciative of the quick turnaround to my plumbing problem. I had the rude awaking to water streaming down one of my basement walls and ceiling. Turns out, it was the corroded laundry room faucet and iron buildup in the drain that was to blame. Dan answered the call very early in the morning and showed up a short time later to make the very necessary repairs. He handled the issue quickly and professionally with a no nonsense attitude that I can appreciate. I’m not sure what to going rate is for that kind of repair but for the time and effort he put into the job I feel that we paid a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend Kelsey Mechanical if your in need of any plumbing services.”
