“I had a water pipe break in the middle of the night. I was desperate to find somebody to be able to help me fix it right then and there. This group of plumbers made it a priority to help me resolve my problem and give me peace of mind. They kept great communication with me in every step that they were doing to resolve the issue so that I understood what was happening. I will definitely be keeping their contact information handy just in case I need them again! Keep up the good work!”

“I had a great experience with this company. They were able to come out the same day as soon as they had an opening, which I really appreciated. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions, so I felt comfortable throughout the entire repair process. After accidentally damaging our A/C unit, I was stressed, but they made the whole experience much easier. The repair was completed professionally, and everything is working great again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable A/C service!”

“When several highly-rated plumbers from Thumbtack had quoted me $7000-10,000 saying that my basement drains were not working and needed an extensive construction project, Illinois Sewer and Drain came out with camera and rodding equipment and got the lines cleared out for just $425. They also provided me with a good amount of education about my property's plumbing, showing me on the camera some areas where there's some wear-and-tear that I might want to invest in repairing down the line. I am very grateful for Illinois Sewer and Drain's honesty. When other plumbers were trying to scam me, IL Sewer and Drain got the job done, provided me with a solid education about the plumbing, and were kind people who were pleasant to have in the space. Highly recommended and I'll certainly re-hire when I need more work.”

“They fixed a leak coming from behind my hot water heater. Turned out to be an easier fix than I thought. They repaired the line going to the hot water heater and had it fixed the same morning they came out. They even helped me clean up my stuff that had gotten wet. Thank you guys for being awesome at what you do.”
