Brigid Stephenson 4 reviews just now New We had two issues that came up, so we had two visits. First Charles came out and replaced some copper pipes in our laundry area. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was also very easy to talk to, and friendly! Unfortunately, that same night our toilet backed up. It flooded the bathroom and hallway. We could not use our water without the toilet flooding. He raced back to look at the problem, told us what needed to be done, and set up another visit for this morning. Above and beyond! This morning, Joe came out with the machinery to check the pipe. He removed the toilet and routed the line. He was also extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly, which wasn't as bad as we feared, thank God! He replaced the toilet, and cleaned up the area. Both men gave us tips and suggestions to keep our plumbing working. That in itself is exceptional. We would like to thank FlowPro for all of their services. Trust me, if you need honest plumbers, this is the place to go, one hundred percent!”

“The work was done professionally and he left the space cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend him and will be sure to call him for future work.”

“Fast service and very clean workmanship.”

“Everyone I saw about my water heater told me to replace it but not then they just had to drain it and clean it out for it to begin working independently. They are coming back to install an iron filter that they recommend because the water softener is not enough for the hardness of my water.”

“The guys completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, cleaned up and left. We are so impressed with the work they did as well as how polite they were. We also appreciated the phone call from the company letting us know they would arrive at the promised time. If we need a plumber again, we’d call this company and I would not hesitate to refer Illinois Sewer and Drain to neighbors and friends.”

“The team was punctual, respectful, and kept the worksite clean throughout the project. They communicated clearly, keeping me informed. I received an advice that really helped and saved my time. They completed the work on time and within budgetsomething rare in this industry!I highly recommend Goldak Construction to anyone looking for reliable and skilled construction services.”
