“Pros: I hired Mr. Wade to do several tasks in my new home. He was very responsive and price is fair. He suggested TV mounts and blinds that suited my needs. He even went to Lowes and Home Depot to see them in person. I had a death in the family and he was very flexible with rescheduling which I really appreciated. Cons: The only complaint I have would be the incorrect placement of handles on some of my bathroom drawers. He installed the kitchen handles satisfactorily and even asked for my input prior to drilling the holes. I told him I wanted the handles center on the horizontal drawers. But when he went upstairs to work on the bathroom cabinets, he placed them incorrectly on the top of the drawer. He said this is “standard” which I politely disagreed. I don’t understand why he didn’t have them match the kitchen drawers or at least ask for my input prior to drilling like he did with the kitchen. He did fix the handles and repositioned them, but now I have these extra holes to look at. I can fill in the holes and paint over them myself but I really wish he would have volunteered to do it and correct his mistake.”

“My "usual" plumber did not respond to my emergency texts, so I reached out to Metro State Plumbing. They responded within minutes and scheduled me for approximately 2 hours after my initial request. Weston (I'm going to feel really bad if that is not his name) and RJ arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and completed the work in about an hour! One of my dogs wanted to "help," and Weston was great with her. I would definitely recommend them for anyone's future plumbing needs!”
