He even offered to come out that night around 5:30 or 6 PM.On Friday, he spent the entire day trying to sneak this drain and working with our tenants and our neighbor. WBS came out quickly and installed a sump pump with a backup pump quickly. The thing I like best about them is they explained why it was important to expand the the subfloor drain beyond where the leak was because the hydrostatic pressure wouldve found new ways to come in.
