“Jose was great, came out next day to repair our siding that was damaged in a wind storm, had the siding in stock on his truck and able to get it replaced same day!”

“I had a leak problem in my bathroom that turned into a much bigger project involving new trimming, fresh paint, and new hardware flooring. Mike from CBI Property Company was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. His customer service was top-notch — he communicated clearly, kept me updated every step of the way, and most importantly, delivered exactly when he said he would. Mike was incredibly respectful, reliable, and professional. The quality of the work was excellent, and he made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel manageable and smooth. I highly recommend Mike and CBI Property Company. You will not go wrong reaching out to them for your home improvement needs. Five stars all the way!”

“Dale gave me an estimate on having my ductwork replaced under my mobile home. He gave me a price and when he came back to measure, etc. he told me the job is actually going to be cheaper than what I agreed to. So he lowered my price. This man is my hero. Most people would have just done the work for the original amount. Honesty and work ethic is something this gentleman has! I'm keeping his number on speed dial for future needs. Thank you Dale!”

“Hard workers. They did an amazing job removing the old tile in a room I'm renovating and at a very fair price too. Respectful, friendly and professional, I would definitely hire them again”
