“They did a thorough cleaning of our HVAC systems and dryer vent. They were punctual, professional, and explained what to expect along the way. The whole process was efficient and didn't feel rushed. I will definitely book again and am currently looking into other services they provide.”

“My dryer vent was clogged and detached from the dryer. I had another company come out maybe four months ago to clean it and it didn’t accomplish anything and the dryer kept throwing a code indicating it was overheating. As an excuse, that other company indicated my vent was poorly designed and might need to be replaced. I explained this when I scheduled. AD Home Performance responded super quickly and came exactly when they said they would. They assessed the situation and listened to what the other company had told me. They explained what steps they would take to assess and fix everything and the work was completed quickly. Frankly, they could have taken advantage of what the other company told me and charged me a lot of money to replace the whole vent stack. Instead, they confirmed it was safe and replaced a smaller piece of venting to improve performance for very reasonable price. They also quoted me an even cheaper fee for yearly maintenance. Honest, quick work and clear communication! The techs also wore shoe covers in the house and cleaned everything up as if they had never been there. Highly recommend!”

“Had whole-house vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. These guys did a great and professional job, were SO nice and helpful. Will definitely have them back.”

“After returning to living in a home after a temporary tenant, I didn't know what to expect in the ducts and dryer, but Carlos took care of it all. He was considerate with my home and belongings, even doing his best to dampen the noise of his machinery for the comfort of both me and my very skittish cat. The excess lint in my dryer vent made a big mess on the back patio, but Carlos was sure to clean up every bit and even advised next steps to keep future maintenance down and quality of all my appliances top-notch.”
