“We had them install a new dryer vent duct using rigid sheet metal ductwork. It was a challenging job, and they did it very well. (Duct had to go from a basement through a crawlspace to get outside.) They showed up on Friday, scoped it out, gave an estimate, and came back Monday to do it in one visit. Communication was excellent.”

“I originally called them just for a duct repair at my summer house in Rhode Island. They did a great job fixing the ductwork, and after seeing how professional they were, I decided to have them replace my furnace and AC system as well. Before moving forward, I came across a review saying they weren’t licensed, which honestly made me a little nervous. I asked them about it, and they explained that they don’t post their license information publicly for security reasons. They pulled all the required permits, passed the inspections, and handled everything the right way. The installation went smoothly, the crew was professional, and the system has been working perfectly. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for honest, reliable HVAC contractors.”

“I called for service a couple of days in advance and they took my call right away after looking for someone to take a look at our furnace. The team was very professional and their price was fair. They also provided me with a quote on other items recommended to be changed due to safety concerns. I highly recommend Horizon HVAC for your next HVAC service repair!”

“I wish to extend my formal compliments to your technician for the exceptional service he provided during his recent visit to my residence. He was quite efficient in changing my ventilation ductwork after a challenging sanitation problem arose due to my dog. I am impressed with his professionalism and highly recommend your company to others.”
