They were running late, as is the nature of this work, but they texted as soon as they knew, and then followed up. Their experience showed and I think it would be pretty hard to throw them a curveball. They asked the right questions when first scheduling me so everything went to plan. ) They were super conscientious at every turn. They ask a lot of questions - the right questions to make sure they understood you. I was not clear at least a few times, and they didn't hesitate to follow up. I like that kind of confidence that comes from experience and genuine desire to do the best job possible. And I just liked them personally, but that's irrelevant. They were raised right and it shows. Oh, I ended up having more stuff than I thought, and needed help moving something to my basement (which is not really part of the job description) but they didn't bat an eye. Good honest work at what is fair, competitive price (if you understand what insurance costs, dumping, investment in a truck and trailer, and how capitalism fundamentally works in rather simple markets.) Who would have thought you'd see it in the age of Trump.”
