The pro did an excellent job and went above and beyond. They weren't able to complete the dishes, but I was surprised by what they were able to do in that short period of time. It's not anything I could have done that quickly. Very good job and I'm very satisfied! I wish I could leave four and a half stars.

I don't know how there are so many positive reviews. After my one experience with Mabis and her helper, I'm convinced the reviews were done by friends and family. I never post negative reviews, but needed to warn other people about this. The photos speak for themselves but essentially I came home to a dirtier house than I left. They even spilled my expensive purple shampoo and tracked it through my upstairs leaving stains on my beige carpet. I was horrified that my home was left in this condition. Mabis offered to send someone back the next day but there's no way of trust her or her team back in my home. It was appalling. She made no offer to refund my $300 fee or the $50 tip I left. This is what I came home to! They even left used paper towels stuck in my towel rack!

Great will use again. I used my cleaner to put up curtains, install a door knob, and clean a stone tile bathroom. He was punctual, and kind, and did very well. He also scrubbed a tiled bathroom for me some areas still needed work but he took the big tasks off of me. I would use Daniel again.

Based on the previous reviews, I had high hopes for my cleaning today but unfortunately I was disappointed. I will start with the two good things: they were punctual and did without complaint go over a second time some areas that I noticed when they asked me to inspect their cleaning. However, after they left I spent a good hour and a half dusting and cleaning areas and objects in the house such as my shower and bathroom fixtures, my lamps, items on tables, shelves, countertops, windowsills, etc that hadn’t been wiped/cleaned. For a $150 cleaning, it was lacking.

It was easy and efficient to communicate with Mop Queen’s representative. Couldn’t have made it easier on me coordinating a cleaning from a distance. The work quality was exceptional in a tough environment which had been neglected for an extended period of time. Pricing was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use it again should the need arise.
