“They were the first to respond to my post looking for washing machine repair. Scheduling was easy and accommodated my schedule; they even text. My only complaint was that it wasnt clear to me that the initial amount I paid only covered the diagnosis. So I was surprised to find out I owed additional money when the part came in and was installed. I should have asked, so Ill say thats partially on me for assuming. But the workers are prompt, clean, and very polite and personable. Id hire them again.”
