Yours Truly H. says, “The repair was seamless, and his work comes with a warranty. Highly recommended!”
Jakeel C. says, “Overall, I was happy with the service. They responded quickly and arrived within a few hours. In Florida, a broken A/C is basically a 911 emergency, so I really appreciated the fast response. The repair was completed without any issues. My only criticism is the lack of price transparency. I knew the problem was a blown capacitor, so I asked for the repair price before scheduling the appointment. I was quoted $225, but by the time the repair was finished, the total bill was $350. I would have understood paying more for a same-day or emergency service call if that had been explained upfront. However, $350 was over $100 higher than the second-highest quote I received. The explanation I was given was that the additional amount was the service call fee. In my experience, a service charge is typically for diagnosing the problem, and if you move forward with the repair, that fee is either waived or applied toward the final bill. Either way, when I ask for the price of a repair, I expect the total out-the-door cost, not a quote that excludes additional charges. If I had only brought the $225 I was quoted, there would have been an issue. The quality of the work and the response time were excellent. I would simply recommend being more transparent about the total cost upfront so customers know exactly what to expect.”
Clg George says, “Sam assisted in repairing washer, he did excellent job.”
Jean Tracey says, “Carl's AC and Appliance repair is just the best! We go to Carl for all our repair problems, and if he doesn't do that kind of work, he gives us the company that does. He is our long time friend and go to guy!”
David K. says, “The repair person was great and solved my problem .the only issue I have and why it’s a 4 is I connected office several time to get an update and didn’t hear back for 3 days”
Peter Charles says, “These guys are great they show up and tell you the truth, they recommend whether to repair or replace the appliance. If they recommend a repair, they a reasonably priced, professional and fast. I highly recommend them and would not use anyone else.”
