“I had a serious issue with a water leak coming from my electrical box, and it turned out there were multiple problems. Incorrect connections and deteriorating pipes allowing water to seep through. Although it was late in the day when I reached out, Juan arrived early the next morning, quickly assessed the situation, and provided a clear plan along with a detailed estimate to get everything repaired as soon as possible. Juan and his team exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work. I now have true peace of mind knowing the issue was handled properly. Cruz Home Services has earned my trust and will be my go to company moving forward.”

“Our plotter was repaired quickly and efficiently. We hope we won’t have any more issues, but if we do, we’ll definitely call them again. Thank you very much!”

“I highly recommend them for all your electrical needs!”

“Edison was tasked with doing some electrical work for my Mom's basement tenants in Brooklyn. They were very pleased with his professionalism and the work product they delivered. Based on their very positive feedback I'll definitely consider them in future.”

“I needed a new electrical line installed with a higher amperage for a newly installed water heater that kept tripping the circuit, and I needed the job completed immediately. Austin responded through Thumbtack and asked thoughtful, detailed questions beforehand to make sure he arrived fully prepared. He traveled over an hour to my home, arrived with everything needed, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Although I paid an after-hours fee (it was 9:00 p.m.) and a travel fee, the total cost was still very reasonable for the quality of service I received and compared to what other companies quoted. As a woman hiring a contractor on my own, I especially appreciated that Austin treated me with respect. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered my questions without being condescending, and never made me feel pressured. Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. He solved the problem and made the entire process stress-free. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend both Austin and the company to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.”

“I needed a car charger to be installed since I bought an electric car. They worked with me scheduling on a non school day as I am a teacher. Joseph Santos came the day scheduled and was very polite, professional and kind as well. This company goes beyond a regular business. They treat you like an every person deserves to be treated not like a business transaction.I will be recommending them to friends and family. No doubt Ill reach out to them when I need their services.Isabel S.East Williston”
