“Great service—fixed our breaker issue quickly and efficiently.”

“Our plotter was repaired quickly and efficiently. We hope we won’t have any more issues, but if we do, we’ll definitely call them again. Thank you very much!”

“Had water damage in my bedroom and kitchen and Jose and his team repaired the drywall perfectly and sanded/painted the ceilings and walls…you cannot even tell where the damage was! They were clean and kind and even put furniture back!!”

“He confirmed time and date, texted me before arrival , and completed the job handily, explaining each repair/ replacement as he went along - very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recomnend Franklin and ARG - and we have owned our home in Water Mill for 40 years, having done many projects over those many years.”

“I’d highly recommend you choose him for your repair needs or other projects.”

“I needed a new electrical line installed with a higher amperage for a newly installed water heater that kept tripping the circuit, and I needed the job completed immediately. Austin responded through Thumbtack and asked thoughtful, detailed questions beforehand to make sure he arrived fully prepared. He traveled over an hour to my home, arrived with everything needed, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Although I paid an after-hours fee (it was 9:00 p.m.) and a travel fee, the total cost was still very reasonable for the quality of service I received and compared to what other companies quoted. As a woman hiring a contractor on my own, I especially appreciated that Austin treated me with respect. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered my questions without being condescending, and never made me feel pressured. Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. He solved the problem and made the entire process stress-free. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend both Austin and the company to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.”
