“Ian from empowering electrical repair was so friendly and helpful with me. He walked me through a few steps over the phone because his top priority is making sure customers receive quality care instead of just a paycheck. I was actually able to solve my problem over the phone free of cost. But if I ever needed somebody to actually come to the home, I have full trust in Ian and empowering electrical. It’s always a nice thing, especially as a woman to feel like you’re not being tricked. I will be taking his advice and moving into getting a new washing machine. Thank you so so so so much again.!!!!!!!!!”

“wattage, causing all outlets on that circuit to lose power. The wiring and switch were replaced and the power was restored on the circuit. Will definitely call them in the future for any electrical projects.”

“I was in need of an electrician to come look at our drier outlet that had randomly stopped working - Michael/Meta made time in his schedule to help quickly. He was awesome at his communication, so professional and kind when he arrived, and even taught my husband and I so we could avoid issues with the outlet in the future. Very fair price too! So thankful we found him and will be using him again.”
