“Our stupid mistake, but while he was here, he made sure to check out some of our outlets and our panel and provide a hefty estimate for upgrading us away from our current, absolutely okay backstabbed system. It's always nice to get someone's advice and there was no pressure to go with the unnecessary upgrade, which is nice, but there was some fear mongering about how easy it is for houses to burn down without it. Overall, I can't really judge on the electrical work provided, but he seemed very knowledgeable. I just encourage everyone to know what to expect.”

“installed a tesla wall mount charger and even helped set it up on the phone. highly recommend 5/5 stars!”

“When I purchased my new television I didn't realize that I had also paid for installation of the TV on the wall. After mounting the TV mount on the wall, we realized that the TV was damaged. James drove me and my 55 inch TV to Walmart and helped me purchased a new one, returned to the house and spent his time to complete the job. After the TV was mounted I made a comment about the grout color on the fireplace wall and asked James if he would take on that job which he agreed to. His diligence and meticulous work on that wall was excellent. I wil definitely use him again for any work needed to be done at my house.”

“A pleasure from initial booking all the way to my gorgeous new lights installed perfectly!”

“Installation day arrived and he showed up at the set time and completed the installation as planned. I would definitely refer Black Lotus to anyone.”

“The conduit he installed was perfectly level and the junction boxes were perfectly centered. Nice, neat, and secure work! Thanks again Andy! I highly recommend Tapps Electrical - they have the most experienced electricians and everything is done to code with all the necessary permits in place. If you want it done right the first time, use Tapps!”
