“Buying a 100 year old house turned out to be an adventure and a half. Fortunately Zosha was able to patiently help me navigate a maze of wiring and re-wiring. She did some bigger install projects for major appliances as well as a ton of smaller stuff like switching out outlets and fire alarms. I really appreciated her patience and flexibility as often my requests weren’t terribly specific (I wasn’t sure the right words to use to ask for things) but she took the time to educate me on the how/why of things so I felt confident in the choices we made. At one point we went through half the outlets and switches in the house to identify which ones worked, what they did, why they worked/didn’t work and made a plan for fixing or decommissioning them.
