“Daniel was prompt, friendly & communicative. He stopped by at short notice and made the necessary repairs. Couple of reasons I didn't give 5 stars - 1. No bill/receipt - After making a payment, I asked him for a receipt verbally and he said he'd surely send me one later. I also messaged him that evening to request the receipt. Its been a few days now, I never got it. 2. Prices - The price for the service provided (circuit breaker replacement) seemed a little steep. $200 for maybe 15-20 mins spent total (including "diagnostics") and he did not provide an estimate until he came over. Overall, no major complaints with Daniel, especially given that I found him on Thumbtack - he will get the job done. A few improvements to make the service more professional(receipts, advance estimates/rate cards, etc.) would make this 5 stars.”
