“This gentleman did an exceptional job in the removal of my carpets and installation of my vinyl flooring! One of the first things that prompted me to hire him was that he really listens to what the customer wants. He listened and provided multiple options for me. He has a very strong/good work ethic. He arrived on time each day of the project, and stayed until he continued the planned schedule for each day. He has very high standards for the quality of his work. He is very detailed and meticulous. He was also so respectful of my items throughout the house. He handled everything with great care. He is also very neat. He cleaned up after his work DAILY, including replacing the furniture in the completed rooms, and even sweeping up. (He even remade the beds in the guest room) When the job was over, he removed all of the old carpet and used supplies, and sent a photo informing me that the garage was clean. At the end of each day, he provided me with photos of the days work. the transformation of my home was amazing, and I am very grateful to his integrity, quality, and detail throughout his work. Two of my colleagues have already requested his contact information after seeing my photos of his installation! I am DEFINITELY planning to hire him again. I have learned that his skill at bathroom remodeling is excellent as well. Let me point out that all of this was on the precipice of Hurricane Isaias, yet he remained focused and completed the work prior to the landfall in nearby cities on that evening.”

“Roi Construction did awesome work with the renovations. The work came out super fine and we are happy with their work ethics. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to others”
