“This was a last minute issue with kitchen sink drainage issue. I didn’t think they would come late same day but they were accommodating. They even provided education to avoid the same issue in the future. They were also responsive with another house issue with the other house the following week and tub installation and drainage issue. I would definitely reach out to them in the future for other issues that may arise. Highly recommend them.”

“Best plumbing company hands down! Exceptional customer service and unmatchable workmanship!”

“As a new homeowner, having a plumber I trust is critical, and I trust Jim and his team. Jim is very communicative, they show up on time and prepared for the work, and do (from what I can tell) a great job. Jim and Heli are both really nice, happy to explain things that are beyond my almost non-existent plumbing knowledge, and very courteous. So far, Jim has replaced my hot water heater, checked out all the taps and toilets after my inspector recommended it, and came out with no more than 24 hours' notice when my sewer line backed up during the first weekend after we moved in, with no problems since then. He also gave me some great info about pricing for future projects I'm considering which helps me plan my home renovation list, and his prices seem very fair to me. Jim and Plumbums are the only plumbers I want to work with and I am more than happy to recommend them!”

“Guys fixed my water pressure issue with ease. Much appreciated!”
