“Water softener installed professionally and I’m pleased with the outcome”

“We recently had a water softener and whole-home filtration system installed by Purfect Water Solutions, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Dylan, our sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain our options without any pressure. He answered all of our questions and helped us find the right solution for our home and family. Sean, the technician who handled the installation, was equally impressive. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and clearly knew his craft. The installation was clean, efficient, and he took the time to walk us through the system afterward to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Both Dylan and Sean provided exceptional customer service, were punctual, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. It's refreshing to work with a company that values professionalism and customer satisfaction at every step. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend Purfect Water Solutions to anyone looking for water treatment solutions.”

“James came out and explained all the different options (whole home install, reverse osmosis filter, water softener install, etc) for my home and what would work best. A free water test helped show what contaminants existed (we get our water through utility here in Paoli). Even though the water is treated its not fully removing what I want it to remove like PFAS.We ended up just getting a countertop reverse osmosis system installed and water tastes much better and cleaner.”

“I had a new bathroom tile floor installed. The work was high quality, done in the proposed time and I couldn't be happier with the finished product, thank you Hector! I would definitely do business with this company again.”
