“Mike was super punctual. Finished the job in no time. The installation was neat. I would definitely hire him again for any plumbing issues. I sincerely recommend him.”

“Let's start at the beginning, when I went to Costco specifically to learn about the Long Island Clean Water System company. The customers before me were extremely rude to Ryan and his co-worker. I waited patiently to see the results of the encounter. Let me tell you, how pleasantly pleased I was with the way Ryan held his composure and answered all the troublesome questions thrown at him. When I signed up for LICWS to come evaluate my water in my home, I asked Ryan if he would be the specialist that I am going to meet with, and he said yes. The day Ryan visited our home, he was respectful to our culture by taking off his shoes before entertaining our home! During the consultation, he never used fear mongering to get us to purchase a system. He listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and never pushed us into purchasing anything. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and has an exceptional sense of humor. A few days later, our entire house reverse osmosis water filtration system was installed by technicians, James and Christian. Both were respectful of our home. They worked quietly, and did not disturb me (working from home) or my fully remote children. They made sure the system under our sink was placed to our liking, and they cleaned up after themselves. Their work is neat and precise. Every LICWS technician who came to our home was professional, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend this company based on customer service alone!”

“I called Vinny to help with my homes water filtration system. He was there the same day to fix the issue and prevent a potential insurance claim. Then went back to his warehouse to get replacement parts and put my system back together like it was brand new. Told me what to do moving forward to continue to maintain my system properly. HONEST, RESPONSIVE, INFORMATIVE, AFFORDABLE. Highly recommend!”

“Our tech was great and very professional. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and get the hot water going again. Highly recommend”

“I had an emergency in which my water heater went down and we had no hot water in the house. With all the snow and cold weather we needed a quick fix. Nick and the S&N team were incredibly attentive they made sure to provide a suitable water heater for our house and did so swiftly. I cannot thank them enough for giving us our water back during this brutal winter. Would 100% recommend and they will be the first people I call if something goes wrong again!”

“He was referred to me and my partner and we both worked on the project. He was very prompt and professional.”
