“Aldaberto was amazing to work with from start to finish. I messaged him on a Saturday afternoon while visiting my aunt, and rushed to find a person who could fix her deck in a last minute/rush job. I messaged 3 people on thumbtack but aldaberto was the only one who went out of his way and said I can come out after I finish my job and give you a quote(which was already going above because it was after 3 on a Saturday). He asked for pictures before to try to assess the situation and know what he was walking into. He called me and let me know his eta, got there when he said. After meeting with so many contractors, you can tell when someone is salesman/pushy versus genuinely good person who just wants to do a good job. He immediately could tell that she was originally being taken advantage of(her contact had charged her an outrageous amount and taken over 5 months to do a job that would have taken aldaberto 2 weeks and a fraction of the cost). He told us all the issues and where he thought he would have problems, gave an approximate estimate for the supplies my aunt wanted and the quote for labor. She had guests coming Saturday and he had a job that would not be done until Wednesday. So he was there Thursday am, supplies in tow and finished the whole job by Saturday pm. He was communicative and patient with my (80+ year old aunt who enjoys talking and had trust issues now, since she was scammed) and he essentially held her hand the whole way. AND went out of his way to text me almost daily with an update. The first pics are of the botched job from the scammer and you can tell where he came and fixed it. He was amazing and I hope he can do a job in the bay for us as well. I highly recommend him.”
