“Tom has been outstanding from start to finish. Even before bidding, he was organized, communicative, thorough. Once the project began, he continued to exceed expectations, not just during installation but also in his follow-ups afterward. He scheduled everything meticulously, yet remained incredibly flexible as cabinet delivery dates shifted and we dealt with damaged pieces requiring exchanges. What started as a simple installation of new island and pantry ended up becoming a bigger transformation. Tom painted existing cabinets to perfectly match new KraftMaid ones, and the results were exceptional, several family members and friends have commented on how professional the finish looks. He also installed cabinet hardware, added under-cabinet lighting, resized a base cabinet to fit our new gas stove, ran wider exhaust pipe for kitchen hood, replaced microwave and kitchen faucet, and installed beautiful crown molding that completed our kitchen makeover. Our kitchen looks brand new thanks to his craftsmanship, precision, attention to detail. His father helped by adding closed mail shelves in three bedrooms and assisting with swapping refrigerators between kitchen and basement. Tom is multi-talented and truly hard working, so I highly recommend booking him early. I would absolutely recommend him for any home improvement project, his work, reliability, dedication are top-notch.”

“Jeremy initially worked on finishing our basement, where we had a general idea of wanting a bedroom, bathroom, and a space for workout equipment. The design he presented exceeded our expectationsit was far more thoughtful and functional than we had envisioned. He demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and strong foresight throughout the process. Jeremy is consistently honest, transparent, and reliable. He has become our go-to professional for home improvement projects, and when a task falls outside his scope, he provides excellent recommendations for trusted alternatives.”

“Closet Factory was fantastic from start to finish! The designers gave us a free quote and spent time helping us determine exactly what type of design we wanted. They were prompt in their communications through the whole process. The installer did a great job keeping our home clean as he was in and out. He cleaned up very well at the end of each day. The closet looks great and it provides us so much space that we were able to get rid of 2 dressers that were in our room previously! We highly recommend Closet Factory for their professionalism, creativity, and timely service!”
