Tom P. says, “I had a problem with low water pressure in my shower and almost no hot water. I called Pizer Family Plumbing to come out and diagnose the problem, fully expecting expensive repairs because I've got an old system and the plumbing is behind a shared wall. Matt figured that it was a simple cartridge replacement and ordered the part that I needed. When it arrived he came back promptly and conducted the repair in just a few minutes for far less than I'd expected.”
Trishia W. says, “I had this company come out to my house this morning for seasonal start up to light my pilot and get my logs going for the year. My remote was also not communicating with my fireplace. The technician was super friendly, professional, and courteous and very knowledgeable. He had everything up and running in under five minutes. I highly recommend the company and will be using them moving forward in the future.”
Stephanie L. says, “Blackburn Chimney came out to do a fireplace inspection. They identified some problems with the liner that needed to be replaced. They installed a new liner for us and made sure our fireplace was safe. They did a great job. We will definitely use Blackburn Chimney again.”
Liz F. says, “So I turned off my pilot light in June, not really thinking about how I was going to turn it back on since it's like 20 years old. Thankfully AL came to the rescue! He was punctual, responsive and showed me how to use my gas fireplace! I would recommend this company for value and expertise!!! thanks AL!!!”
Shannon Greene says, “Tim and his team installed a gas fireplace and stone surround in my home. They were prompt, friendly, honest, and professional. Highly recommend!!”
Patrick Anderson says, “Great experience with First Class Chimney Services! Everything from quote to getting the work done was handled professionally and with care. On the exterior, I had damaged bricks and mortar replaced/repaired and waterproofing applied. They then removed the original clay liner and replaced it with a stainless steel flue and insulation around it. They tuckpointed the firebox, applied sealer from the firebox to start of the new flue and painted the firebox black. Finally, they installed a new spring loaded damper at the top of the stack that is easy to open and close from the firebox. The crew worked quickly but with care and at no point did I feel worried about what was going on. They were very consistent about putting on fabric slippers over their shoes when entering the house and removing them when exiting. Now I feel confident and safe using my over 50 years old fireplace! I highly recommend this company for your chimney related needs.”
Sven S. says, “Marvin and his team showed up and were very thorough and helpful to identify the issues and the repairs needed. Will be calling him again for all my fireplace / chimney needs.”
