“My remote was also not communicating with my fireplace. The technician was super friendly, professional, and courteous and very knowledgeable. He had everything up and running in under five minutes. I highly recommend the company and will be using them moving forward in the future.”

“He took the time to walk me through everything, explain how our new fireplace operates and completely cleaned up. Eddie and the Blackburn Chimney team were a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Blackburn Chimney!”

“Will be calling him again for all my fireplace / chimney needs.”

“Finally, they installed a new spring loaded damper at the top of the stack that is easy to open and close from the firebox. The crew worked quickly but with care and at no point did I feel worried about what was going on. They were very consistent about putting on fabric slippers over their shoes when entering the house and removing them when exiting. Now I feel confident and safe using my over 50 years old fireplace! I highly recommend this company for your chimney related needs.”

“Requested a custom chase and dummy vent, installed professionally to satisfaction. Richard and Dwight were patient and professional when asking for additional validation and photos. I highly recommend them and will recommend them to my neighbors”
