Lauren Paster says, “We worked with Alex and had a great experience from start to finish! He was incredibly responsive and really took the time to really listen to our concerns and walk us through our options. Instead of trying to sell us something we didnt need, he made thoughtful recommendations based on what was best for our home and our needs. He was always available to answer our questions, which made the whole process stress-free.The installation team was fantastic!! They were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. Even during a heatwave, they worked hard, paid attention to every detail, and never seemed rushed. We really appreciated their dedication and the care they put into the job. I would absolutely recommend Alex and his team to anyone looking for an honest, reliable HVAC company!”
Pat T says, “Synergy3 recently installed a new heat pump system and thermostat at my home and the process from initial visit to installation was a good experience. My initial contact with the company was their comfort advisor Dave J. who was on time, and, more importantly, very knowledgeable on the installation process and the options I had regarding equipment needed to replace my existing heating system. Once I agreed to the proposal that Dave presented to me, the installation was scheduled for the next day. The installation technicians were also on time and the first thing they did after seeing the locations for the inside and outside units, they spent time protecting the floors in my home with coverings to prevent damage. They took a better part of the day installing both the inside unit (in a very tight utility closet), the outside unit as well as the thermostat ensuring that all was running effectively in both heat and AC modes and that I was familiar with how to work the system before they left. They were quiet, courteous installers who took extra care to prioritize protecting my home's interior during the installation. Overall, it was a very good experience working with the Synergy3 guys and I wouldn't hesitate contacting them for any future heating and AC repairs or installation.”
Kendra H. says, “Fairly new homeowner. Air wasn’t getting cool when turned on. Company was responsive and came out right away. The tech explained the issue in short as no refrigerant and a loose valve. Was told my older unit takes refrigerant that’s no longer being sold in the US and more expensive. Was charged about $225 per the 6 lbs I was told I needed. Definitely seemed on the pricier end of the spectrum per our research but what are you going to do? I will say the tech literally worked through a rain storm to repair my system and didn’t complain. Paid about 1450 ish for the job. Wasn’t a fan of the non specific invoice labeled "miscellaneous" especially when you want to keep records of repairs. My fiancé did reach out a few times to the owner and he was responsive and adjusted the invoice. It was much better although it didn’t specify the "6 lbs" of refrigerant I was told I paid for. All and all the system is functioning; for how long I don’t know. Praying it was worth the money.”
Tom La Femina says, “Brandi in the office was very nice to talk to and helpful in arranging the installation. They arrived at the scheduled time. Igor and his coworker were very nice and explained what they will be doing to install the new AC system. They installed the new thermostat and showed me the instructions to set up the scheduled times.Everyone was so nice and it was a pleasure to work with them. I recommend them highly.”
Prince V. says, “I reached out to JMV Heating and Air Conditioning after noticing a leak from my boiler's expansion tank. Justin quickly grasped the issue through our conversation and the photos I shared. He responded promptly and resolved the problem, ensuring there were no further leaks. He also took the time to explain the situation, and his service was reasonably priced. Strongly recommend!”
Heather Gialanella says, “Walter was very nice & knowledgeable & got our 31-year-old central air up and running, for a party for us!”
