“***AMMENDED*****I was contacted by the company who asked if they could make things right. After a week of steady communication, the issues have been addressed with a successful pressure test to prove it. I'm grateful they were willing to take care of it all. I agreed to pay for the two vavle repairs that were needed and the price was very fair.I used this company to install new ducting and a new furnace/ac system. The lack communication to get things scheduled was ridiculous. I was told technicians would be out on a certain day and time. They didn't show on time, but days later and had to come back several times after to get to the point where rhey said they were "done". At the end of the install they conducted a pressure test on the house gas line. They used a gage that showed false reading, like it was sealed and not leaking. Weeks later when the gage was still connected I asked them to come remove it. The technician said the gage was broken so he retested the line and found leaks. He said he repaired the leaks and put a new gage on to test the line again. Once again, they left the gage connected and it too was showing a false pressure reading. I conducted my own test and found a leak I could have paid them to fix, but since I never heard back from them after they received their money, I guess my troubles aren't their problem. I have a new humidifier on the wall of the utility room that isnt even connected! The gas line can't be connected due to the leaks so I haven't been able to fire up my furnace or new water heater to verify its all working.There seems to be a complete lack of integrity and a self serving attitude inside this company. It was a bad experience for me, and I hope it's never repeated for anyone else.”
