“He was on time extremely professional, meticulous almost obsessively precise. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Teddy”

“When we moved into our house this year, it had a gas insert fireplace that I could not get working and wanted to have safely inspected. Our technician responded to my inquiry immediately and arrived exactly when he said he would. Several other companies had declined the job because they did not want to work on a gas insert. Not Chimney and Flue Experts. Our technician had it running within about five minutes, but still took the time to thoroughly clean and service the unit, improve our setup, and make sure I knew how to operate it properly. He was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and professional throughout. Truly outstanding service, and we will absolutely use them again.”

“Finally, they installed a new spring loaded damper at the top of the stack that is easy to open and close from the firebox. The crew worked quickly but with care and at no point did I feel worried about what was going on. They were very consistent about putting on fabric slippers over their shoes when entering the house and removing them when exiting. Now I feel confident and safe using my over 50 years old fireplace! I highly recommend this company for your chimney related needs.”

“Requested a custom chase and dummy vent, installed professionally to satisfaction. Richard and Dwight were patient and professional when asking for additional validation and photos. I highly recommend them and will recommend them to my neighbors”
