“Although the Inspector thought the original roofer did a very poor job, he only pointed out a few things that were important to fix. I had to find another Roofer and luckily Chris from Stormguard came and fixed the issues that the buyers wanted fixed and or addressed. It only took him a couple of hrs at the end of his full day and he finish before dark and for a nominal price. Chris did more than he was ask to do because he is a little OCD in a good way and I appreciate that he went above my expectations. Thank you Chris and Happy Holidays.”

“I had a great experience with the Groundworks employee Gauge. He was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. He walked me thru the inspection process and clearly explained the results. Definitely recommend”

“After he did a great termite inspection for my new house in casa grande, the next day my plumbing/sewer inspector fell through. I went back to Thumbtack and Sasa’s company popped up again. I called and hired him again to do that inspection! He arrived on time again with all the necessary equipment and had my inspection report ready that day. He did both termite and plumbing/sewer inspections with quality and within the estimated value. Best of all, he responds quickly to text and phone call. What more can you ask for? Thank you, Sasa!”
