“I hired JCB Home Improvements for basement waterproofing, and the results are outstanding. My basement used to have constant water seepage problems during the rainy season, causing damage and bad odor. Their team properly identified all leakage points, applied strong waterproofing layers, and ensured proper sealing. Since then, the basement has remained completely dry, even during heavy storms.”

The team was professional, we had a good line of communication throughout, and they offered advice along the way. No unexpected charges, no hard selling, no surprises. I also appreciated that there was someone checking in frequently to supervise the quality of the work each day that work was taking place. I’d recommend and use them for future work.”
