“I recently had an exceptional experience with Ben and Mike from Air Pro UT, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They provided chimney cleaning services and went above and beyond by helping me with a persistent issue involving a deceased animal that was trapped inside my chimney. Their prompt and efficient response truly saved the day!I had been struggling with the situation for a frustrating 3.5 months, and despite my repeated requests to my landlord for assistance, I received no action. Frustrated with the lack of progress, I decided to escalate the matter and informed my landlord that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) if immediate action wasn't taken. That's when I decided to seek professional help from Air Pro UT. From the moment I contacted them, Ben and Mike demonstrated utmost professionalism, empathy, and expertise.Upon their arrival, they quickly assessed the situation and handled the deceased animal with care and respect. They ensured that the remains were properly and safely removed from the chimney. Although the circumstances were challenging, Ben and Mike maintained their professionalism and worked diligently to resolve the issue. In addition to their assistance with the trapped animal, Ben and Mike performed a thorough chimney cleaning. They meticulously cleaned the chimney, eliminating any potential hazards and ensuring its optimal functioning. What truly impressed me was their exceptional customer service and dedication to solving my problem. They were empathetic, understanding, and provided clear communication throughout the process. Their commitment to resolving the issue promptly and effectively was truly a lifesaver!I wholeheartedly recommend Ben and Mike at Air Pro UT for their outstanding chimney cleaning services and their willingness to go above and beyond to assist in difficult situations. “Revised feedback (from 2 to 4 stars): The owner Mark called and offered a partial refund. I appreciate the follow up. Original: Technician was friendly and professional. The total was $676 for cleaning two fireplaces and lighting a pilot light, which felt extremely expensive to me, and there was an additional 4% service charge to pay with a credit card. They were unable to fix my outdoor fireplace and said it was a gas line issue. Next time, I would run a Shop-Vac through the fireplaces myself before hiring a company, as I did not feel the value matched the price.”
