“Fireplace maintenance was fast and professional. The technician, Amin, was knowledgeable and efficient, very respectful of my home and cleaned thoroughly after himself. Fireplace is in great shape for the winter! They are fairly priced and very responsive.”

“Discussed what needed to be looked out for, made recommendations, and taught me how to use the fireplace.”

“We had a great experience! He serviced our gas fireplace and installed a blower. He was professional, friendly, and thorough, and we’re very happy with the results. The blower makes the room feel so much cozier. Highly recommend!”

“What could be improved: Clarity in communication: I didn’t realize that the service is “basic maintenance” which does not include each individual vent / outlet cleaning in every room where hot/cold airs are coming out from.”

“I had this company come out to my house this morning for seasonal start up to light my pilot and get my logs going for the year. My remote was also not communicating with my fireplace. The technician was super friendly, professional, and courteous and very knowledgeable. He had everything up and running in under five minutes. I highly recommend the company and will be using them moving forward in the future.”

“We are so grateful we found Blackburn Chimney! Eddie was very knowledgeable, honest and efficient. During the initial visit for a quote, Eddie took the time to chat through everything, answer my many questions and give us a thorough evaluation. A few days later he was back to complete the job which took him just a few hours. He took the time to walk me through everything, explain how our new fireplace operates and completely cleaned up. Eddie and the Blackburn Chimney team were a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Blackburn Chimney!”
