“Our pool remodel turned out beautifully. The company helped us update the pool area and surrounding hardscape, including new pavers and concrete finishing. The difference between the old and new space is incredible. Everything looks cleaner, more modern, and much more inviting. We appreciated the attention given to the small details, especially around the edges and transitions between the pool and patio. The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our property throughout the project. The finished pool area is exactly the kind of outdoor space we wanted.”

“We had a solid cement stoop (5 stairs high) outside our home removed. Moda Outdoor Living replaced it with a beautiful trek based porch and 5 stair stoop. Ilan made adjustments based on our requests and we are very happy with the work. They were done quickly with this painting project, and we are happy with the work. More stable railings were also installed to our front walk way which includes two sets of stairs. Again we are very happy with the work and how they look. Thank you!”

“We are currently awaiting the first rainfall to verify the efficacy of the newly installed drainage system and ensure the patio remains protected from flooding. Luis and his team delivered professional service at a competitive price, and I intend to engage their services again and highly recommend the company.”

“This kitchen remodel focused on high-end finishes and improved functionality. Custom cabinetry, premium countertops, and upgraded appliances were installed with precision. Lighting placement enhanced both task efficiency and visual warmth. Despite the complexity of the project, scheduling remained organized. The completed kitchen feels elegant, spacious, and built with lasting quality.”

“I enjoyed meeting Eric on Thumbtack and then meeting him in person. He was pleasant to speak with and gave me a fair estimate on the removing of a soap dish in the bathroom wall and then replacing it with a large tile. I look for quality and experience and Eric definitely has both. He arrived in the morning ready to work and was presentable and took care to respect my home and the project he would be working on. He did his job well and also maintained a clean work area. I hope to have him come back in the future to help with more home upgrades. I am really glad I met him and would recommend him to my family. Thank you Eric and we wish you continued success.”

“I hired Luis to redo concrete in my driveway, paint both my front porch and back porch/walk way and build a fence to close in my porch. I am very happy with the results and will definitely hire again for upcoming projects!”
