“There was a section of floor that was not leveled and they leveled it perfectly, installed baseboards, and did LVP on our stairs. It looks amazing! Thank you!”

“The team did a great job with the flooring installation, and the quality of their work was excellent. Everything was completed on time, and they made sure the work area was clean when they finished. I would definitely recommend Roseville Floors to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality flooring services.”

“He installed new tile floors, painted, installed the new vanity and lights. Everything turned out amazing, he transformed our outdated bathroom into one that looks brand new. He is always on time and very professional.”

“We had a need for laminate flooring installed and we reviewed (8) technicians and after full review and checking for the CSLB credentials we chose for KIP HOME IMPROVEMENT. He was very thorough and did an amazing job of ensuring the lines were smooth and no buckling of the flooring. We also had stairway with landing. Their team was very responsive and on time. The stairs took the longest part to complete but they didn’t leave until the job was complete the 2nd day. Overall a great job done and will definitely use again once we decide to do the bedrooms. We replaced family room, living room, (16) stairs, landing on stairs and upstairs hallway.”

“house and recommended by a good friend, we now have a new master bathroom with all new walls, pan, plumbing, brushed nickol hardware, new shower door, flooring and toilet. The tile is gorgeous and matches great with our existing quartz gray vanity top. The owner Ben Vasko even helped us pick out the new materials. The team was great and we look forward to working with them on other renovations in the future.”

“I recently hired Ivan Kosovan to install new bathroom floors, shower floors, and shower walls, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, his work was top-notch. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. The tile work is absolutely flawless – every cut and joint is perfectly aligned, and the overall finish looks like something out of a design magazine. He clearly takes pride in his craft and made sure every step of the installation was done with care and precision. Communication throughout the project was excellent. He kept me informed about progress, listened to my preferences, and made helpful suggestions that improved the final outcome. The work area was kept clean and organized, and he completed the job on schedule without cutting any corners. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and committed to quality, I highly recommend Ivan.”
