“We hired Elite Team Builders for a stucco repair at our home in Los Angeles, CA. Nathan listened to what we wanted and explained the work in a way that was easy to understand. The team was respectful, punctual, and easy to work with. They paid attention to the small details and left the space looking much better than before. They were responsive, clear with scheduling, and easy to work with. Overall, a great experience and a company we would trust again.”

“The finished floor looks amazing and it was all done in about 4 hours. The price was more than fair and the work was superior. I would definitely use M&M Flooring again.”

“We hired Ricardo to complete an unfinished underside of a countertop that our previous (very expensive!) renovation contractors had left incomplete: the wood was not sanded, it was left unsealed and open to damage, and gaps around the wood were not filled/sealed. It was great working with Ricardo to come up with the right materials and solutions. He took a lot of time and trouble with the details: repeated measurements of the area to fit the trim, sourcing the right wood and stain, preparing samples for comparison, properly smoothing and sealing the exposed wood, properly applying silicon caulking to fill the gaps. He also managed to fix a problem with the under-counter strip lighting! Ricardo was also very careful to tape down paper to protect the floors and he cleaned up all the areas he worked on, perfectly. The images attached are before and after, and the work speaks for itself.”
