“Ive been renovating a house as an investment. I needed floors do e quickly. I got four different companies to give me a quote & Ralph at installer direct had the best price and did it right away. Not only was the work exceptional and quick, Ralph gave excellent customer service with good integrity - so much so it felt like a friend was doing the work. He met me in the evening and gave great advice when asked. If I remember correctly from one conversation, Ralph's been doing this work for 25 years. You definitly wint go wrong with Ralph! One of the best decisions I recently made.”

“We had a very positive experience working with this company for both water mitigation and flooring restoration. The entire project was handled efficiently and professionally. What impressed us most was the contractor’s customer-focused approach. He listened to our concerns, considered things from our perspective, and always focused on finding solutions that best addressed our needs. During our final inspection, we noticed that one closet had been left unfinished. As soon as we brought it to his attention, he responded promptly and returned the very next day to complete the installation. We really appreciated his responsiveness and commitment to making sure the job was completed properly. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and especially appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude of the entire crew. We would gladly recommend them to others needing water mitigation or flooring restoration services.”
