“You would never know that it was not originally installed that way. They took great care in protecting surrounding furniture and cleaned up completely once the job was done. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They communicated every step of the process and ensured I was happy with the results before considering the job complete. I would confidently recommend Special Floors LLC for any flooring repair or restoration needs. They exceeded my expectations and brought my floors back to life.”

“From the initial consultation and throughout each project(one being taking out old carpet and installing new hardwood to match our existing floors, the other being replacing the bedroom carpeting) Marco and Luiza were both readily available to speak with at any time and had our best interests in mind. The quality of his crews work was impeccable and every member was professional and respectful of our space. They are also very reasonably priced and go out of their way to ensure your project turns out as you wish. I highly recommend Marco and Elevate Flooring to anyone looking to, welp, “elevate” their homes flooring aesthetic! 10/10. Photos are after. Before each of these rooms had very worn, dull carpet.”

“We agreed and he gave me an excellent price. The installer arrived promptly and gave me a completely professional work product. I could not be happier!”

“I had the pleasure of meeting Dustin when he came to my home to provide an estimate for a kitchen backsplash installation. What impressed me most was his honesty and professionalism. Although he has experience with tile installation, he was upfront about the fact that the particular material I purchased and the scope of the project were outside his comfort zone, and he respectfully declined the job rather than take on something he wasn't confident he could deliver. I truly appreciated his transparency and integrity. He was extremely professional, personable, and pleasant to work with throughout the entire interaction. It's refreshing to encounter someone who values doing the job right over simply accepting a job for the sake of business. I would absolutely consider working with Dustin on future projects and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who values honesty, professionalism, and quality workmanship.”

“Andre is always on time and the only way that you know his team was there is by the beautiful work that has been completed. Amazing work ethic, always providing the very best and highest quality possible. A + 5 out of 5 stars for excellence”
