“We had experienced tree damage when an 80-year-old pecan tree fell on our roof from Hurricane Helene. Before the insurance company could do an inspection of the roof, the tree had to be removed. Plus it was worrisome having the pressure of the mammoth tree on the trusses and support beams. So time was of the essence in getting the tree off and protecting the roof from further damage until the roof was repaired. Their pricing was reasonable and service commendable and prompt. They were also helpful in securing two 8x10 tarps to the roof that I had purchased to mitigate water damage. If all this wasn't enough, they swept loose twigs and debris off the surface off the roof prior to putting down the tarping.”
