“We knew from the beginning black grout was the contractor for us. He has been honest and kind from the start. Our project was completed within 4 days and the flooring looks stunning. We loved working with black grout and will hire again in the future for our other projects!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ryan and RSR Pro Floors! I hired Ryan to install luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout my new home, and the results are absolutely phenomenal! Before the installation began, I had concerns about installing new flooring over the existing ceramic tile throughout the house. Ryan personally came out to inspect the floors, carefully evaluated everything, and explained how the installation could be done successfully. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. He was thorough, patient, and clearly someone who takes great pride in his work. From beginning to end, Ryan’s communication was excellent. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He and his crew worked incredibly hard, and their craftsmanship and attention to even the smallest details were outstanding. He even took care of additional work, including removing cabinets, and made sure the finishing touches were done beautifully. The transformation of my home is incredible! The floors are absolutely gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve already shared videos of the finished floors with family and friends, and everyone has been amazed. One of my friends is already interested in hiring him! Ryan is the real deal. He’s honest, dependable, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. People like Ryan are few and far between these days. It’s refreshing to find someone who takes such pride in doing a job right. I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan and RSR Pro Floors to anyone looking for exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!”

“They saved my sanity!! My husband and I decided to DIY our floors……. That was a HUGE mistake!! For a month I living in my bedroom and loosing it. Saturday night I sent them a message on thumbtack, Sunday afternoon they came to give me an estimate and Wednesday they did my living room and the rest of the house! All in one day! It was amazing! The floor looks so good, and I got my home back! I am docking a star because I asked them to let me know when to move my fridge back into the kitchen from the living room so I could do that. They finished everything, left the fridge in the living room and then when I moved it to the kitchen the transition got pulled up and broke in half and got caulking all over the floor. So now I need to replace it. I would 100% hire them for any flooring needs! Great price, amazing work and the nicest people to talk to!! Please see the before and after photos.”

“Jose and his crew are top notch! Over the years he’s completed a full shower job-shower pan, mudding/tiling and plumbing, bathroom floors, kitchen floor, kitchen backsplash and more! He’s meticulous and really cares about his work. And he’s such a wonderful human being!”
