“Same day visit to quote the work we needed for our door. We will absolutely use him for any future needs”

“Truth? I couldn’t have gotten more lucky in hiring Don. Brand name contractors wanted to come in here for the repairs on my shed and charge me $1 million. Finding a semi-retired 40 year journeyman carpenter that has probably forgotten more about framing, leveling, mitering and where studs are and where studs go than most other self-professed “carpenters” know was just a lucky gift to myself, found on Thumbtack. I was actually looking forward to writing this review, because I’m pretty sure this man isn’t an aggressive marketer; he just knows his own craft inside and out. I could say a bunch more with all honesty, but I will just leave it at that so not to sound too grandiose. Thank you, Thumbtack, and thank you, Don Rieux!”

“Very impressed with the professionalism, timeliness, and service. They charged us exactly what we were quoted, too. They took off their shoes when they came inside, without even being asked, and they cleaned up as if they were never here. They matched the paint on the walls and ceiling they repaired and they were extremely helpful in guiding us in choosing fixtures when they replaced all the lighting in our home. We have used them for 3 projects now and will use them again.”
