“But meeting Andy & Eric from Bold Builds Construction has provided me more assurance than the other companies we interviewed. Their confidence and excellent communication skills have eased much of the anxiety & worry. We are still in the beginning phase of the project but things are moving so efficiently despite being holiday. They explain the process very well and I feel confident of this partnership as we slowly rebuild.”

“Roof was fixed and our home was dry after the next storm.”

“He is definitely one of your best plumbers in your company! Thanks again for sending out the best!I will definitely do business with you in the future!Ms T Jackson”

“I asked DRC to inspect another companys mitigation work after having doubts about the thoroughness of the other companys work. DRC quickly inspected and produced a report that was instrumental in getting the work corrected to industry standards. Money well spent - and next time Ill call DRC to begin with.”

“I received several quotes from restoration companies, all of which were competitive, but I chose Pacific Flood because they could handle the entire project in-house, without outsourcing any work. From the start, their response was timely, and their communication throughout the quoting process was excellent. They continued to stay on top of the timeline and kept me informed every step of the way. Pacific Flood answered all my questions and replaced the flooring in just two days, exactly as promised. It's rare to find a business that delivers both quality work and excellent customer service, but Pacific Flood Restoration certainly does. I'm glad I found them and would recommend their services to anyone needing water damage repair and restoration. I also have several rental properties and have saved their contact information for future needs.”

“Raul arrived on time, we talked through my project -- the removal of a wall -- and he discussed the steps he'd take to ensure my idea would work. He made me consider issues I didn't consider. The quote was very reasonable. They came back the next week after estimating it to be a two day project, including demo and cleanup. For each of the two days, they arrived on time and left late, doing 10+ hours each day. They covered the area + furniture with plastic to minimize dust, they cleaned up after the fact, and their work quality + professionalism was 10/10. I would definitely hire them again if needed.”
