“Working with Simon and his crew was a pleasure! We needed some exterior repairs, the frame and side door on the garage replaced and a bedroom repainted. The care and detail that went into the job, as well as the timeliness and curtesy of the workers was unmatched. Job was cleaned up completely daily and a final cleanup was handled beautifully at the end as well. We 100% recommend Calstate for any job!!”

“We interviewed 4-5 different contractors and ultimately decided to go with Tulip. One of the things that immediately stood out when talking to them was how honest they were about what could be done in the size of kitchen we had. Our initial plan (read dreams) included an island, and Gal was one of the few contractors that was up front with us about the reality of having an island in the space we had. Although we were initially disappointed, it's clear seeing the end result that this was the right choice.Gal was very communicative and always a text message away for anything we needed. As with any home project, there were times we needed to pivot, or had tough/fast decision to make, but Gal made sure we understood what was happening, why it was happening, and the options we had. He was also quick to give advice when we didn't know exactly what to do in certain situations. We ended up being slightly over budget due to some last minute design decisions, but to be honest we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen, Tulip, Gal, and overall project timeline and cost. We will definitely be calling them for our next project!”

“I was very skeptical at first for choosing a contractor for a project like this on thumbtack, but was ultimately very impressed. I plan to hire him again for an earthquake foundation retrofit. I highly recommend Heber.”

“My roof had 3 layers and the last one was about 20 years old so I didn’t know how much it’s going to cost me and I was a little worried about the process. They finished the job in 5 working days and passed all inspections. They were FAIR, respectful of COVID-19 situation, clean and communicative. I’ll definitely use them again when needed. Thank you again! 10/10”

“Sanchez Construction proved themselves to be consummate professionals throughout my garage renovation project, which involved installing drywall on the walls and ceiling insulation with drywall. From their punctuality to their respectful demeanor, their professionalism was impeccable. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the work. The drywall installation on the walls was flawlessly executed, while the ceiling insulation and drywall work were done with precision. Moreover, Sanchez Construction's dedication to excellence ensured that the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. The final result exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be more satisfied. If you're seeking a reliable and skilled team for your construction needs, I highly recommend Sanchez Construction for their professionalism and outstanding work quality.”

“I researched almost a dozen debris and junk removal companies when we decided to do some landscaping in our backyard and needed to remove some rocks and concrete. Many of the companies we reviewed had great reviews and seemed like fantastic choices. However, after we spoke with management and received quotes, Epic Cleanups was by far the most professional, most responsive, and most reasonably priced. When they arrived they were kind, professional, extremely well prepared and fast! And might I add, it was 99 degrees when they did the work. We no longer will ask “who do we call when we need to have something removed or hauled away.” Epic Cleanups exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend.”
