“We interviewed 4-5 different contractors and ultimately decided to go with Tulip. One of the things that immediately stood out when talking to them was how honest they were about what could be done in the size of kitchen we had. Our initial plan (read dreams) included an island, and Gal was one of the few contractors that was up front with us about the reality of having an island in the space we had. Although we were initially disappointed, it's clear seeing the end result that this was the right choice.Gal was very communicative and always a text message away for anything we needed. As with any home project, there were times we needed to pivot, or had tough/fast decision to make, but Gal made sure we understood what was happening, why it was happening, and the options we had. He was also quick to give advice when we didn't know exactly what to do in certain situations. We ended up being slightly over budget due to some last minute design decisions, but to be honest we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen, Tulip, Gal, and overall project timeline and cost. We will definitely be calling them for our next project!”

From their punctuality to their respectful demeanor, their professionalism was impeccable. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the work. The drywall installation on the walls was flawlessly executed, while the ceiling insulation and drywall work were done with precision. “After extensive research and meeting with various contractors, we decided to go with IBA Builders for our kitchen remodel and window replacement. We decided to go with IBA as they provided a thorough and thoughtful estimate that allowed us to make an informed decision. Most of the contractors only provided semi-custom cabinets whereas IBA included custom cabinets which allowed us to maximize our space and bring our vision to life. Additionally, they included design services which helped us fine tune our layout; this was a differentiator from many of the other contractors we met with. During the process, Ben (the owner) was attentive, patient, respectful and had helpful ideas that transformed our kitchen remodel. Ben and his team were accommodating to our busy schedules which made for the process to be stress free. While IBA was the cheapest quote, it was a fair and reasonable quote especially considering the quality of the materials. Ben also committed to no hidden fees or work order changes which held true throughout the entire process which based on our friends' experience, this is abnormal and further validated that their quote was fair. The craftmanship of the work exceed our expectations and we love our kitchen and new windows. We are happy that we decided to go with IBA Builders. We will use them on future projects and highly recommend them.”

“We hired Los Angeles Property Construction to build a security wall across the length of our property last month. They had to match the existing part of the wall that was already built and did a beautiful job matching what was already there. They even completed the entire job in even less time than they originally proposed, which was a pleasant surprise. While they were working, their team also noticed a leak coming from a hot water heater pipe outside the home and quickly proposed a solution to fix it. We never would have caught it if it wasn't for their team! Juan and Josue run a tight ship and I hope to work with them again in the near future on other projects we have in our home. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.”
