“The insurance gave my Contact info to a Renovation company they use and said that they would call me. After a couple of days, I did not hear anything so I researched and found these guys on Yelp. They came out the same day provided a quote and I feel that their prices were reasonable. The insurance had already paid me out for what they guesstimated the cost of repairing everything ( i didnt tell them how much I was paid out) and it was comparable to what they quoted me. Although they said if their quote was more, they had no problem going back to the insurance folks to deal with them in regards to more money to do the project. Thankfully, we didnt need to do that. However, I thought that was important to mention because I didnt realize that a lot of people do not want to deal with insurance companies. I was turned away a couple of times when I was trying to find somebody to Replace the water heater and I needed them To provide information to the insurance company. These guys came in and were so quick and efficient. I had a partial ceiling missing in my living room and in my garage. The wall that separated my living room and garage were missing. They Did the sheet rock, installation, crown molding, painted, Mounted all my cabinets and hooked back up my washer and dryer and sink in a few days! Im definitely recommending them to friends and family.”

“He did a great job. My carpet looks a shade lighter and my kitchen tile has never looked better. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.”

“He starts by marking out work area for utility companies to make their 811 markings. One pro never showed up after making appointment and other pro didn't mention anything about concern about gas/electric lines. Only markings have been made at this point.”

“A skunk sprayed our dogs and we had to put them into a shed that was in the middle of construction, temporarily, while we scared off the skunk. We were worried that the odor wouldn't ever come out of the insulation, drywall and untreated wood. The odor was so strong, it could be smelled from 6 feet away, with the door closed. After the treatment, the odor was COMPLETELY GONE. We would use Fairest Cleaning & Restoration again in a heartbeat.”

“I had a great experience with Bio Safety Clean and cant recommend them enough. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about all types of mold and water damage, and what really stood out was how clearly he explained everything in terms I could actually understand. He took the time to walk me through what was going on, what needed to be done, and why no pressure, no scare tactics. On top of that, his pricing was very fair and affordable compared to others I spoke with, and the work was done efficiently and thoroughly. Its rare to find someone who is this honest, professional, and easy to work with. I felt confident and well taken care of from start to finish.”
