“I highly recommend JR and his team. Last year I had them do an exterior paint and restoration project to my rental property. This year I had them replace 25 windows on my primary property on one of the coldest weeks of the winter. In each case, excellent communication, price point and workmanship. Im thankful to have established a relationship with a company that offers so much in the way of home renovations and repairs, that you can trust.”

“It required a complex and exacting approach by our contractor. A tight budget also was a major concern of ours. We had been disappointed before with companies who promised great service, timely completion, and quality work in other projections. However, Daniel and Vinny from Maitland met or exceeded our expectations on all points. Junior, our lead carpenter, aimed to please in every aspect of his work. Our home has been transformed and we couldnt be happier. We highly recommend Maitland Builders.”

“Aldo is one of the hardest working contractors we have ever hired! He was easy to reach, always prompt and open to changes we made in the project. He often worked until there was no sun left. He built a beautiful deck for us and cared about the detail work because he really aims to please his clients. Aldo also has a cheerful personality to go with his skill set. His two employees were equally hard working.”

“Best experience w/ any of the contractors I’ve worked with yet.”

“Angel and his whole team are so professional and very hard working. They always come to the Job site very early morning and finish the job on time! They did garage framing, roofing and siding for us. All three are finished almost within a week. Good quality and very efficient. Very communicable and countable team!”

“I hired Saglimbeni Construction to design and build a deck at my home, and the result is fantastic. They demonstrated great professionalism and skill throughout the project. The design perfectly matched my needs, and the quality of work and materials was top-notch. Saglimbeni Construction and their team worked efficiently and maintained excellent communication. I highly recommend Saglimbeni Construction for any deck project. I’m extremely pleased with the beautiful and sturdy deck they created”
